Mikah Evans

Mikah and Steve met, whilst Steve was visiting the Y.W.A.M. (Youth With A Mission) Centre in San Francisco during the summer of 2001. Mikah was a staff member of Y.W.A.M. and their friendship soon blossomed into romance, they were married in Calgary, Canada, in the summer of 2003.

Mikah is a qualified 'Child And Youth Care Counsellor', from Mount Royal College in Calgary, Canada. She has had many years of experience in working with youth and adults at risk. Firstly, working with charities such as the Mustard Seed in her home city of Calgary. She then became a staff member of Y.W.A.M. in San Francisco for two years, where she ministered in the toughest of the downtown areas, to a range of people including male prostitutes, and drug addicts.

Mikah has worked with troubled youth in the U.S.A., Canada, and Wales, and has significant experience in evangelism, counselling, and street ministries. Mikah is an ordained minister and Pastor at Living Faith Church.
